Krish InfoCom completes research on Strategic Sourcing
The NetherlandsJanuary, 2011
Executive summary:
Multi-vendor-sourcing for IT Services is complex and challenging for any organization. It is time-consuming, risky and can be expensive in short term when compared to single sourcing. (However, it is better than single-sourcing mega-deal where the client puts all the eggs in one basket and as a result may lose control, pay more and lack innovation). The key challenge is to maintain zero disruption to IT operations yet continue to meet the latest business demands. Additional challenges comes from changing landscape of IT services vendors and their integration to meet specific client-needs, emergence of new delivery models and shortage of skills to manage multi-vendor sourcing. The purpose of this report is to: first explain key challenges in multi-sourcing of IT Services, second introduce an organization structure based on best practices; and its relationship and capabilities to manage multi-vendor environment, and finally introduce best practices that meets these challenges across each stage of sourcing life-cycle.

Recommendation for Enterprise Architecture work
The NetherlandsMarch, 2011
"Kaushik successfully managed to deliver an enterprise architecture within tight deadlines. He delivered high quality output and worked autonomously towards the objectives which we had established, his personal skills were excellent and his technical and business knowledge were impressive. At the end of the initial assignment we decided that his contribution would benefit us also in the future and decided to continue the relationship. He has done an excellent job and was certainly one of the most professional consultants I have worked with in my career. I can recommend Kaushik to anyone who requires an Enterprise Architect with an excellent business acumen and superior technical knowledge"
