Business Models

General:

For every assignment an agreement between the two parties (or more parties; if required) is signed. An Agreement includes general terms and conditions, inter-alia:

  • Confidentiality agreement;
  • Transfer of all intellectual property rights to the client;
  • General liabilities of the parties;
  • Besides, for every type of the contract additional documents can be incorporated.

Fixed-Price Model:

This type of Business Model means that the project in question is described in sufficient detail, thus enabling Krish InfoCom to estimate the scope and complexity of the project and to provide a fixed price. In this case, the technical documentation, the project delivery schedule and the final price are stipulated in the contract.

Time and material Model:

When the project scope cannot be precisely envisioned at the moment (e.g. when a project lasts several years), Time and Material Model is used. Also, for projects, in which the scope of work can vary and change during the project implementation, a time & material contract is signed.

Staffing Model:

This type of Business Model is used only for projects that require staffing. Both on-site and remote staffing can be offered. Under this contract Krish InfoCom is only responsible for providing the client with team of profiled specialists and the required infrastructure/equipment. These employees are then under complete supervision and management of the client, and can be considered as client's team working remotely or on-site at client premises.

Client pays a flat rate for the employees, which covers all overheads and operating costs, while retaining exclusive responsibility for the management of the team and making effective use of the provided specialists.
